International: 10-20 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
For orders under $75 and international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
5. International Shipping
Ti Ara ships worldwide. Note that there might be additional duties and taxes applied by your country’s customs, which are not covered by Ti Ara.

Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as face masks and lip balms cannot be returned.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
